if you opponent …
if you opponent activates a SPELL card that destroys other spells or traps like (heavy storm) then activate it judgement, there card is negated and destroyed and you also get to destory a monster too. as far as i know its not reqiered to destroy a monster so if there isnt one you can still activate it agenst mst or heavy storm. some people try to use it aganst trunade but trunade doesnt destroy just puts them back where you got them from just thouhgt id through that in. ok hope this helps.

And what’s stopping his other monsters from being destroyed? What about his Stealth Birds? His Raging Flame Sprite before the first two of it’s attacks? Worst of all, what about his own Lava Golem once it hits the opponenet’s field? Burn decks revolve around stalls, and your reason for having royal decrees is the reason why he’s already running two seven tools. He’s pretty much set. Stop pushing for the decrees.

Why on earth would he do that? Did you even take a look at what kind of deck this is? It’s a burn deck. He needs those trap stall cards in order to not have to worry about having his monsters destroyed by battle. Royal Decree does nothing to prevent that.
